Fallout NEW VEGAS

I am highly anticipating the release of Fallout NEW VEGAS! Fallout 3 is one of the best games I've ever played, the storyline is great, game play is amazing and the massive open world map is incredible. The strategy guide is a great thing to have, not only does it help with those difficult missions, it also helps you to build a great well rounded character. The guide was useful to me for some of the harder missions, but not as useful in the character creation, because I purchased the guide a while after I bought the game. The best way about it is to purchase the two together, so you will be able to create the ideal character for your playing style and also have a useful tool for the tougher missions.

I still have not completed Fallout 3 because when I first heard that Fallout NEW VEGAS, was going to be coming out I slowed down on my game play of Fallout 3. I slowed down on Fallout 3 because it was such a great game that I didn't want to complete it to quickly and be waiting for Fallout NEW VEGAS. So for I while I played some of my other games bought some other ones to play, and then the DLC (Down-Loadable Content) for Fallout 3 started being released. So I bought the first one with Operation Anchorage and the Pitt, and I began playing off and on again and stopped again. I purchased a few more games played those and got bored with those, until I came across another great game The Saboteur, and I've been hooked on this one for a while. (I'll probably write a blog about this one to do it justice.)

But now I've come to a slight problem, the release date for Fallout New Vegas is steadily approaching and now I realize I may not complete Fallout 3 before Fallout NEW VEGAS releases. I will soon be back to Fallout 3, so I can complete it before Fallout NEW VEGAS releases in October. I probably will not buy Fallout NEW VEGAS when it first releases, because my wife promised to buy it for me for Christmas or for my birthday in February, but I don't know If I'll be able to wait. For those of you who want to play Fallout 3 before Fallout NEW VEGAS, I would highly recommend purchasing the game of the year edition you get the original Fallout 3 plus all 5 of the add-ons, this is the best buy for Fallout 3. Another great place to purchase games is your local Gamestop or visit them online at www.gamestop.com.

I'm just really excited and anxious to see what Bethesda Game studios, Bethesda Softworks, Obsidian Entertainment, and ZeniMax Media Company have done with NEW VEGAS to improve upon and already great game series. I've heard of a few additions, like new weapons, the possibility of a weapons creation console, as well as a better companion system. One thing I do know for certain is I expected Fallout NEW VEGAS to far exceed my expectations.

I am also anxious to see the Vegas setting, having traveled to Las Vegas before I am curious to see how much of the Game world represents the real Las Vegas. I already rate this game as an 11 out 10, judging by Fallout 3 and all of the information out there that I have seen, and I know the great things the the guys at Bethesda Game studios, Bethesda Softworks, Obsidian Entertainment, and ZeniMax Media Company do. I have a great feeling about Fallout NEW VEGAS and I can't wait until I get my copy and I'm able to start playing.
